Qualities of Navel Chakra:

The Nabi chakra is represented by the color green and is aligned with the essential element of water. It is through this chakra that we experience qualities such as generosity, nurturing, contentment, peace, joy, balance, righteousness, honesty, pure attention, dignity, and evolution. The Nabi chakra influences every seeking action in our lives, from basic needs such as food and water to more spiritual pursuits such as peace and spirituality.

The Nabhi Chakra is represented by a lotus with ten petals (TEN RELIGIOUS GURU), void is shown in the color yellow. When this chakra is balanced and functioning properly, it brings a sense of confidence, energy, and strength. On the other hand, when it is blocked or imbalanced, a person may experience low self-esteem, fear, and a lack of motivation. The qualities of the Void include balance, righteousness, a sense of personal dignity, self-discipline, decisiveness, patience, thirst for truth and knowledge. Ultimately, the Void is associated with the principle of the guru: your own ability to guide yourself and others in spiritual evolution.

The Nabi chakra also plays an important role in regulating the function of our internal organs, including the pancreas, spleen, stomach, intestines, liver, and gallbladder. A balanced Nabi chakra helps maintain proper digestion and metabolism, as well as providing strength to face familial responsibilities and achieve financial prosperity.

In conclusion, the Nabi chakra is a critical aspect of our overall health and well-being, impacting our physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life. By taking steps to balance and protect this chakra, we can improve our overall health and happiness, and achieve our goals and aspirations.

So, how can we balance and awaken the Navel Chakra?

This chakra is hard to balance as we have to sacrifice a lot of bad desires in order to rise from the void of illusion. It is said that with strong determination it is possible to cross the ocean of fire and it is only the ocean of illusion. It is necessary to sacrifice that which is the myth, but the same myth has become a part of many's life. Renouncing myth and preserving the truth is not easy. However, if you begin to follow the morals given by Moses, that will be more than enough to bring sustainability in the navel chakra and awaken innate dharma within you.

Reflection on the Navel Chakra/Manipura Chakra

Manipura Chakra, the shining sun within,

A fiery wheel of transformation, a light to win.

It is the center of personal power, where strength resides,

And courage and will, are always by its side.

With a vibrant yellow hue, it illuminates,

Guiding us to action, and our true fate.

It is the source of confidence, self-esteem, and pride,

A place where our inner fire, burns bright and wide.

But when blocked, it can cause anger and frustration,

And lead to self-doubt, and a lack of motivation.

So awaken its power, and let its energy flow,

And find the courage, to make your dreams grow.

Embrace its fire, let your spirit soar,

Find your true power, and what you're meant for.

Manipura Chakra, the flame of transformation,

A source of strength, for your mind and heart's liberation.
